                      Well now they say the smoke was just the airbag going off. The police said he was let go and not actually arrested. But why did they take him to the ground and detain him then.
                      I dunno... I still think it was the herbal smoke, because there was a lot of it. I think they felt bad that he got hit by the suspect they were chasing and decided to not prosecute. Or maybe it was the last of his weed and they couldn't charge him anyway.
