It is fun. I live along the Mississippi river. It is nice to take for drives along the river when the leaves are changing color. That my favorite time of year. Not much of a car mechanic though. So no significant modes.ND

...So live, that when thy summons comes to join
The innumerable caravan, which moves
To that mysterious realm, where each shall take
His chamber in the silent halls of death,
Thou go not, like the quarry-slave at night,
Scourged to his dungeon, but, sustained and soothed
By an unfaltering trust, approach thy grave
Like one who wraps the drapery of his couch
About him, and lies down to pleasant dreams.

I got my new ride! A 2005.5 Audi S4. I'm pumped! I've always been a car guy and finally have a little something special. Rims and performance upgrades to come next summer.
Quick Stats:
AWD
6speed manual short shift
340hp 4.2L V8
0-60 in 5 sec
Recaro racing leather seats. Very comfy and cool!

A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. @KG 2005.5
@Jim My lot my rules.....ME ME ME!......lol..... We have like 30 spots around our store and its unbelievable how many people choose to park right next to your car even though there's over 20 other spots to choose from.
@Dman I did not know that. Thing is round here if I go any lower with any of the bodywork it'll just get jacked up by shitty parking lot entrances and snow.
But I'm getting these rims in 19" (stock are 18") next summer. Leaning towards gunmetal but black might look pretty mean. Getting black means getting rid of all the chrome, and thats a pain in the ass but maybe worth it.

Nice whip!
I bet it screams with the V8 in that small body. The V6 has real power, I can only imagine the V8. You better get a fuzz buster.ND

Did some thangs to the ride. Besides the cosmetics I removed the pre-cats for better exhaust flow, got a cat-back exhaust, installed a stage III clutch and lightweight flywheel, new short throw shifter, all timing chains/guides/adjusters replaced under warranty($8k worth thank god for warranties), upgraded tranny, rear diff, snub mounts..... I'm probably forgetting some stuff. All in all after the tune I'm getting shortly the car will be pushing around 400hp. Its fun....real fun.

Good lord, S4's haul ass.
I got nothing on this thread.
I've got a 2001 Black Camaro, just a V6. Fun to drive with T-Tops.
I also bought an 06 Uplander minivan for work that has ladder rack and all kinds of shelving and stuff in the back so it's actually a two seater.sigpic

Made a quick video testing an external mic I bought. Its mounted by the tail pipes. Only watch on a PC with speakers. Laptop speakers wont play the bass.

I know i know. I was just trying to replicate a standard drive home to test the mic. Didn't really even get on it. I make some more serious ones in the upcoming weeks. Have to drive a ways out of the city to get some dang open road around here. Drives me nuts.
