yea kg always cool to game with you your so damn calm and cool headed in games and i gotta say sometimes when you talk your voice is so mellow it almost puts me to sleep. Really like playing games with you only problem i have is i for some reason fukn hate killing you in game still cant figure out why could kill my own dad in a game in a heartbeat just to piss him off but you are just quite honestly so calm and cool and not a spaz like some other ppl i game with and its just cool to be able to jump into games with you.

Lol racestar when i was like 5 me and my dad got our first nes and got hooked on the dragon warrior series. When i was in the second grade my dad would be laid off from his construction type jobs during the winter months and would just decide to game it up during the night. Then once my mom went to bed my dad would come wake me up so i could figure out how to beat the part of the game he was stuck on. About 5am on a pretty regular basis when my mom was getting ready to go to work shed flip out cause we were up gaming all night and i had school in the next few hours.

It is really damn awsome to have a dad that enjoys gaming but damn FF7 got it first week it was released me and a friend had over 20hours of nodoze type gaming into it. Went to bed for a bit got up and dad said hed been trying to play it and made it a half hour in before he saved his game. Lol half hour of gaming saved over top of 20 hours worth of playtime stupid memory card type games.

Jake I have a similar story with my dad. I got my NES when they first came out, think it was '85 or '86. Anyway, my parents got it for Chirstmas for me and my brother. Before I knew it my Dad was absolutely hooked on The Legend of Zelda. He played through that game a lot. I almost had to fight him to play games on the NES. He then moved to Final Fantasy, it was really cool having my Dad play games with me.

Anymore he complains that the new systems have too many damn buttons to press so he just watches, lol.

Unfortunately my parents don't play video games. My mom played Family Feud with me on Genesis and my Dad might have attempted when I was a kid but sadly nothing like the terror in the skies known as KG lol. Happy Thanksgiving DSA, I'm so thankful to have you as squad mates and as friends. This is a brotherhood that means so much to me, and on a day as hard as this for me I look for things like this to shine a little light in the dark. You guys are the best.

Yeah I always wished that my dad would play video games with me but I am the only member of my family into games which sucks. My sister has a ps3 but she only uses it for blu rays and hardly plays her offline games.

Glad to have kg and racestar in the clan and its always fun to game with you guys as well as everyone else in the clan. Nothing makes a game more fun then when you are playing with a lot of DSA.

            Happy Thanksgiving guys

Happy Turkey day guys.....I've enjoyed playing with you guys for the last 2 years and I hope to see many more. I joined around the same time as KG so we tend to rival in some aspects but we took different paths and his piloting skills have done nothing but skyrocketed.

You all are a great bunch Once I started playing with you guys I saw why Brocman would leave his bat cave you guys are not just team mates but brothers. Who suffer sprained thumbs and strained eyes to get the job done or at least die trying. Good stuff.

                Blessings guys.

A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years. ― Alexis de Tocqueville

                      KG,

                      You're very welcome.

A lot of people come here for a myriad of reasons. The DSA has always been a good Clan, because the people here are good, to put it simply. Some leave, and some stay. That's life.

But the reasons we all came here are the same. We all just want a place to have fun games; with maturity, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. And all three of those virtues are indeed sadly lacking in most online gaming communities, and Clans. I've always felt that what makes us strong, and why the DSA has lasted so long, is the ideals and class of the members here. And truth be told, you all have RaTix to thank for that. This Clan was his personal vision; plain and simple.

The DSA was founded so that people that had a sense of fair play, honesty, and also believed firmly in a military discipline style of gameplay (like the beloved Galactic Empire) could have a place to have fun, and great games with outstanding teamwork, without having to deal with all the Tkr's, cheaters, and glitchers out there. For you "new" guys, back in the SWBF days, it was bad...and I mean really bad. You couldn't find a decent game anywhere to save your life.

The DSA was an oasis in a shitstorm of cheaters and dickheads in online console gaming. The DSA has changed over time. It used to be a lot more military style than it is now, and it's become more lax now. But that's not a bad thing, don't get me wrong. Because the core ideals of the DSA has always remained the same, as well as the class of the people here. Just ask Zabka or Fromunda, things you guys get away with now, would certainly not be tolerated then...lol !.

It is an honor to be DSA.

Not because we're the greatest group of online "killas"; but because we're the greatest group of people that actually, and truly, care about each other as fellow human beings. And I wouldn't trade that for anything.

I know that life can deal me all kinds of soul destroying shit. But I can jump online, have fun with the great guys here. It balances everything out. Because if someone is hurting, or has a problem.....we care, and are here for them. If you are DSA...

                      You're NOT alone.

The DSA is not just a "gaming"Clan. It's a brotherhood. It's a foundation to build friendships, and memories.

KG, I'm damn glad both you and your son are here. And we're all the better for you both being here. God bless you and yours, and take care.

When we win, we win as a whole entire group. And when we lose matches, we are here for each other, to help grow, learn, and become stronger through combined experience.

If you want to know why the DSA is a strong caring group KG, just take a moment out, and take a good long look in the mirror. The answer is there, in your own eyes.

I could go on, but there's not much more I could say. The truth is the truth.

Just continue to hang in there, and don't worry, we've got your back.

                      We're DSA.

That's just how we roll. ;)

                      Des.

(And don't forget to thank RaTix. I mean it) :D
