Kg, the only thing that I'm concerned with as that the style that you have that is different than the "S" style is those sharp points giving someone an unwanted "suprise" digging their keys out of their pockets.
For my forum, at one time I was making Imperial Pilot's lounge dogtags. You might want to think about that route also. You'd sell them like crazy if you could figure out a way to make them for a few bucks. I know I'd buy one from ya.

The only other advice I would give ya Kg, is to see if you could find a smaller font and actually have "Dark Side Alliance" on them; instead of just DSA.
The ones that I made I had the following put on them; I'll use my own for example:
(forum name): IMPERIAL PILOT'S LOUNGE
(Forum member's yahoo tag): TIEFIGHTER PILOT 1
(personal name): DESLOCK H'RADEM ZORDIUS
(Classification): IMPERIAL TIEFIGHTER PILOT
For your DSA ones, just omit the Yahoo line, or either add their X-Box or PS3 handle. I just based them on my own personal Army dogtags.:
(Name): Zordius
Deslock H.
(SSN #): 123 45 6789
(Bloodtype): A POS
(Religion): Methodist CH
They were very, very popular. All you would have to do is have them tell you what info they want on them. I gave a few out as gifts for my moderators, and let other members buy them for like $5.00 (now mind you, that price was for like over 8 years ago, I'm quite sure prices have gone up). Even people that are not active on the DSA forum itself may still want one. You might be suprised. ;)
