    Man Down

Well my first PS3 gave up the ghost yesterday... Does anybody here know how I can tell if it's the HDD that failed, or the console? If the system is broken then it's new PS3 time. Otherwise I just get a new HDD...

    What are your thoughts?

When mine died it was the motherboard that was fried so I had to get that replaced. Then the disc reader broke and that was replaced.

Yea, it's probably best for me to just get a new one, right? It comes bundled with Battlefield 3 and one regular controller for €219. It's the 160gb version. I have a 250gb HDD in the old one. That's about $285 converted...

If mine craps out I'm buying a 160gb and then I'll try to fix the old one myself.
