Rifles, shotguns, and rockets are weapons of war,
A few good men (& women), a fantastic strategic leader, and tacts are weapons of armies,
with both combined there shall be victory!

Teamwork, map strategies, vehicle attack strategies, class specific attack and defense strategies. General overall tactics. Also, Clan members are radomly, without warning, given command of the practice squad, so everyone has the chance to learn group dynamics; and leadership.
Being on a team is easy. Commanding a team, against other human players, is an entirely differrent story! Victory can be easy to achieve if you're just following orders. Leading the team: Watching the map; and reinforcement count, while having to instantly react to the current sitreps from your players from all over the map, can be tricky at best. It must be learned with the proper practice, and support from both above, and below, the chain of command. It's all about knowing the proper place for all of your different soldiers to be at, at the right time.
Do you have the proper soldiers in vehicles, and are they where they need to be? Is your best snipers, in the best location to do the most damage to the enemy? Are your most highly trained Dark troopers, or Jet troopers, Droidekas, ETC, ready to charge forward to take CP's, while your grunts support them?
This is how the DSA trains. We train to win. We fight for victory. We win, or lose as a team. We have no need for super hero "All-Stars". We train so that we need no one peticular player. We all train to be "All-Stars" together.
