Ff tactics key was to not lvl grind. My first play through was fast and game was easy. 2nd play through every time I'd pick up someone I'd grind like crazy to lvl them. Then by the time the end of the game came around everyone and their dog had meteor and quake which was bs.
Anyone ever try that magican game for nes I think it was broke cause I don't remember making it past the first stage.
The Mario games were tough until you figured out the turtle shell life exploit and then again when you found the warp pipes.
Battle toads and TMNT were both definate pains but you can also throw double dragon in with these.
As for dark and demon souls the only time they got tough was when a magic wielding dbag invaded my game or someone that would just try to push me off a cliff.sigpicComment

Jake: Have you not played the swamp level in Demon's Souls? That part alone almost made me break something and I had poison/plague resistance at the max...it was complete BS. That was only one of the many things in the game that really tried to make the player quit, but the fact they placed items at areas where the player can die shows that's what they were going for lol.sigpic

Before I make it to areas in RPGs I lvl grind like mad so I'm way overpowered before I get there.sigpicComment
