DSA Wiggles is here !!!!!

DSA Wiggles aka Snuffy jr., Officially named "Alexander Jordan" made his debut today at 10:30am. at 6pounds, 18 in.



Daz did a fantastic job, he was born just after 30mins. Momma Daz is doing so great, even the nurses were talking about it. Wiggles is about a month early, but his doctor and everyone else says he's just fine, and doing great also. They just want to keep him an extra day for observation. Very tired Momma and baby are resting and well.

My old ass is finally a father !!!!. :D :D :D

We just got home just now, but the Dr. wants us to take Alex to a heart specailist in Cookeville because of a slight heart murmur he has. The Dr. and nurse told us 50% of babies born have this problem, and they just want him to get checked out. Please pray for him everyone !

When the Dr. told us, I got so upset, I had to leave to go cry in the car, so I wouldn't do it in front of everyone. When I came back, Daz was also very upset, and the Dr. was just kinda baffled at us, saying it usually just goes away, but wanted to know if Daz wanted an appointment to have him checked out more to be safe, and for our piece of mind, and Daz said yes, just to be sure he's okay. I know the Dr. didn't really understand our reactions, but to us, he's our "miracle" baby !. He's just so quiet , sweet natured, and adorable...He's just SOOO freakin' cute ! (I know, said just about EVERY Dad ever !, heh.) But it's TRUE ! , he is. ;) I was just downstairs checking on him as Nana Maryanne is babysitting tonite so poor VERY tired baby and Mommy could finally get some good sleep, and I patted his 'lil back and told him that his Daddy loved him, and we were going to be DAMN sure he was going to be okay, and he looked up at me and gave me the biggest smile, and my heart just shattered....I would battle my way through the very fires of Hell itself for him......Just to see that smile......

Thank you all. He's so tiny and precious and adorable. We love him so much. By the way, Des forgot to mention, that's our friend Jerrica in the picture holding him, not me lol. All the pics of me holding him, I'm in the universally sexy hospital gown with my hair going all over the place lol.

Well, I was posting a piccy of Wiggles, not my old ancient ass, or you in your hospital gown, That kinda goes without saying....no one wants to see that...heh.

Today we are going to take him to Vanderbilt Childrens hospital in Nashville to get his heart checked out. Everyone is assuring us that he'll be fine and well, but Daz wants him checked out, just for our peace of mind. And I can't blame that. Better safe than sorry.

But he is strong, growing well, and eating like a horse. But as I said, please keep us all in your prayers. We just wish the best for him, and love him oh so much. He's just so gentle, sweet, and adorable.
