Just wanted to update the Clan on my status. I live in the city of Lexington which is located in Lexington, SC. We are a suburb of Columbia, SC and part of what is called the Midlands of South Carolina. Most of the Midlands is affected by the historic flooding that you have seen on TV. Major flooding is located in the City of Columbia, SC which is about 10 miles from where I live. My home has not been flooded but areas within 1 to 3 miles of me are flooded. Major structural damage to most roadways and facilities exist within a 70 mile circumference of Columbia and there is major damage in and around Charleston, SC. Most of the State is experiencing this kind of damage.
