The shout box is very handy, but sometimes you'll think of more to say after you have already clicked the + (add) button. It is possible to go back and modify your shout to add things you forgot. This is far better than posting additional shouts, which is called "flooding"
To do this, just click on the link "Shout Box History" and find your shout post. On all of your own shout posts you will find "edit" and "delete" buttons, which you can use to change or remove posts.
Sometimes when I click "refresh" on a page after posting to the shout box, my browser resubmits my shout post. You can use the Shout Box History to delete such duplicates.
