well, we had a topic like this for ground, so how about space? here is what i think

Intercepters
BOSS- awesome pilot, hard to find let alone kill
Kerry- pretty much the same, wonder how these 2 would go in a dogfight?

Transports
reaver- seems to enjoy the landing party aspect
crimson- dam! he flew around the hanger and killed us we left. Very skilled.

Bomber- shoot. i mean cmon, 3 flags in one life and 145 points in one life, does that not say "deadly/helpful"?

Imperial Landing Craft other than that im a defend the capital ship person

I am very good at getting shot down and missing with my own shots. It takes me a while to adjust to leading my shots to hit ships--same problem I had on BF1. My pilot skills, once they get warmed up, can achieve a mediocre level at best.

unfortunately, my best action in space battles invariably ends up being to repair stuff and shooting invaders.

I seldom play the space battles and it showed last night. Potatoe, Rixter, Shoot, and Tankertom keep handing me my a$$ on a silver platter last night. No matter how much dodging or rolling, I had a tough time evading or shooting them down. You guys definitely have more flight time, space battles, and knack for flying than I could hope to achieve.

The worst pilot in DSA - Tomahawk

I actually suck. I think I actually got 2 kills in a fighter The only thing I'm good for is sneaking into the enemy ship and blowing shit up. Other than contributing there the only way I really contributed was occupying some of the fighters so the rest of my team didn't get shot and by getting the last 6 points on one of the battles by hiding in the other teams ship and blowing up there fighters. I guess I really am "the fat kid" of space battles.

I am great as a gunner in the Y Wing...ask deslock, lady death and regentone

They came up behind my Y wing...r2 and I shoot them down once before I got taken down, then with Kerry in the transport...I blasted them with the side guns

If I got a decent pilot in the Y Wing...I can cause massive damage and hurt egos as the gunner

I am also very good with the turrents, and my job in Black Squadron is usually shooting down pilots who get too close and repairing stuff

I have faded in my pilot skills quite a bit...when I first got the game, all I played was Space and ate people up...now I can't even stay alive for 5 minutes

If I was in DSA I'd have to say...me haha :D No, but seriously I can bring some ruckus as a bomber. I average about 70 points a game, I can't shoot a lick, or even begin to understand how people are good at CTF in space, but I'm good at dodging shots and blowing up ships. Unfortuately I have not seen many space servers lately, so I rarely get to play :(

So who are good among DSA in Jedi Battles beside Tomahawk?

I thought you were flying the damnable thing! I'd sneak up on you, then paste the heck outta you, then I'd just explode without warning! :?

But truth be told on when you were flying with Kerry, he said you were training, so I came on you on purpose, so you could practice on me.

OK so I can't fly :oops: I've been playing in a few other servers that have space battles and I've got a brand new strategy for assault. Players were screaming at me. I like to get into the hanger and attack the inside but after that I always try to bomb. Not anymore! In 3 games I got the award pistol and from then on it was over. I continously destroyed marine after marine in their hanger. I had 26 kills with that little beast. If anyone escaped in a ship I just continously dropped timebombs on the remaining ones! I ended each match with 5 players on each side with more than 100 points. I've never heard so many people so angry :D :D :D

I'd like to know how you were doing that, as I find the pistol as effective as throwing twinkies at them! My holy Gawd! it's like hitting them a hundred times before they die! It's a damn BB gun!

As for the precision pistol, it is sweet. Almost like having a sniper rifle if aimed well. I just kept my distance and aimed well. With such a high rate of fire, 2 or 3 well aimed shots will drop a marine.
