Goliath - Avatar and Banner Design Set Request

Greetings. I, [Tk313]Goliath, am now creating Avatars and Banners for those of you on the site that wish to have an avatar and banner set. I will design a set for anyone that posts requesting a set be made. I will post the code and info needed to install your avatar and banner, and I will even throw in the option of having your set externally available through my site's server.
