A black dog with a black collar is siting on a black road with no lines that has one lane. There is no moon out and a black car with no headlights on comes. The driver swerves left and misses the black dog by 2 feet. How did the driver see the dog intime to miss it?

ok i got one, this one is pretty easy though:

There was a family living in a round house. There was a mother, a father, a daughter, a son, and a maid. When the son was murdered everyone was suspects. The father said that he did not kill the boy, he was fixing the car outside. The mother said that she did not kill the boy, she was washing the dishes and cleaning the bathroom. The daughter said that she did not kill the boy, she was in her room all day listening to music. The maid said she did not kill the boy, she was sweeping every corner of the house. Who killed the boy?

and the maid did it because it was a round house(in rl tho that would be considered an expression not a reson to convict someone for murder)

well dioxin, once you understand what I was trying to say, you would understand why i had such a hard time typing it up. i kinda forget to mention i also had hw, before i went on the site. but that was a really long nite for me, i mean u know where UB is i had to go all the way to jamestown for a stupid game when the ride is longer than the game itself. Funny thing is the highlight of that long trip was stopping at burger king on the way home, and watchin team america on my ipod on the way to the game.
