i think it's like capture the flag where the flag is the ball. you split your team into two teams, offense and defense. have the offense go after the flag and try to return it, while having the defense trying to defend their flag or trying not to let them score.
My thesis is probably all jumbled and confusing but i bet it has something to do with that.
anyways why is there only 3 teams? i see the seahawks, bears, and buccs.
