The IP of the glitcher was matched to your IP on site and in the servers afterwards. So the possibility of a smurf is out. It was deffinatly your connection.

As for your brother.... Let me just ask you this. Do you even have a brother?

Facts are this. You cancelled the match then were caught glitching in the server. The DSA has alwasy held the stance to not play with/against clans that glitch or condone it.
To hide the dishonorable act, you lied about the forfiet to your own clan and blamed an imaginary brother as the glitcher. Since you wear the TLJ tags, and were caught numerous times glitching after that single incident, all TLJ were banned from the servers. I didn't perma ban you right away, I like to give ppl just enough rope to hang themselves with. So there is a track record of your glitching well after that single incident.
We have not mistreated or disrespected any TLJ members. You disrespected yourself by cheating and lying, therefore disrespecting your own clan.

The match as far as I'm concerned was a washout. We never took credit for a win, only mocked you in your efforts to steal a win by forfiet, in a match YOU cancelled.

Considering this attempt to lie even more on the matter and further disrespect us and your own clan, The bans will remain on all TLJ members. The DSA does not want your kind in our servers. Nor should we be paying money for our servers to play babysitter when your in them to make sure your not misbehaving.
If it comes down to a smaller server with good players vs a server full of glitchers.. I'll gladly take the smaller server.

This was BEFORE you were caught glitching. And as I had stated to JOG with the whole WOOO thing back in the day, If a baseball player is caught usign steriods, he is suspended from playing. No one woudl agree to allowing a person that has "cheated" to compete. And are we really gonna do this you forfiet we forfiet bullshit again? I'm seriously getting deja vu here and its getting boring.

Now I take offense to that. To even put yourself in the same class as our Stormtroopers is down right insulting. They are strong, honorable players that have proven their worth and shouldn't be lowered to your class.
Besides, whether you wanted to tryout or not (which I never recall you ever doing) what says we would even want you or that you would even pass our tryouts.
As for what other clans think, I could care less. As I am sure the other RESPECTABLE clans could care less for what we think on them. Which brings me to....

Well this is the point of a CLAN. The DSA are not just a bunch of gamers with visions to cause drama and issues for their own childish amusement. The DSA is a tight knit Family. Everyone in this clan is a brother to me. And I dont know what your values are, but FAMILY comes above all else to me.

As for DSA glitching, LMAO
Any DSA caught doing so would be expelled from the clan despite brotherly ties. Its a matte rof principles, honor and respect.
If not to catch or remove a glitcher, NO DSA GLITCHES!!! And I don't think you can find anyone to dispute our strong veiws against such actions. But thats all a smoke screen of mor elies to throw off the real facts.

So, as RaTix said before, either way you were lying. Being caught in a outright lie doesn't build up anyone's belief in what you say. No offence, but it's true.

First off, who are all these Clans that don't like us? We are a long standing respected Clan in the battlefront community. If other Clans follow the same ideals of fair play, good sportsmanship, and no cheating/glitching, then we have absolutely no problem with them, or with them being in DSA paid for servers. If these "other" Clans that don't like us harbor teamkillers, glitchers and cheaters, well, we really DON'T care if they love us to death, or hate our guts.

And we have constant input on player behavior in our servers. If there were such a widespread plague of DSA players glitching, I'm sure someone would've complained by now, and named names of whom in the DSA was glitching, and we would most certainly investigate it, and if found true, RaTix would most certainly take appropriate disciplinary action against said members. RaTix has kicked people out of this Clan right handily before for improper actions, and I'm sure he'll do so again.

When you came here to propose a Clan match, were you mistreated, or treated disrespectfully at any time? From what I saw Tomahawk was more than willing to work with you and get everything set up. Not once did he ever disrespect you or your Clan at any time while you were working everything out with him.

First off, you have to remember that these servers that are being paid for by very hard working DSA members. We in the DSA highly, and I mean HIGHLY value RESPECT, teamwork, fairplay and brotherhood. We have NO need to pay for servers for people to glitch, teamkill or cheat, and ruin what should be FUN games for everyone involved.

The DSA has absolutely no hatred towards your Clan. We would be happy to welcome everyone in your Clan back to our servers. But we need an absolute, written in stone promise that people will not teamkill, glitch, or cheat in our servers.

RaTix never disrespected you, all he did was to show you the evidence that we had, that you did not dispute. If that angered you, well, oh well. All the DSA can go on is what we know.

Maybe if you had come in here and shown some sorrow, and some humility and not hostility, RaTix might have leaned in a different direction in his actions. If you might've shown some balls and actually apologized like a man, and said "Forgive me, I know what I did was wrong, please give me second chance to prove that I'm a upright guy" you might've been greeted differently by RaTix.

After all, we ALL make mistakes in judgement from time to time. What makes you a man is being able to admit that what you did was wrong, and honestly apologize for it. You would be suprised at how many people would be willing to give you a second chance if have actually have the balls to say: "Okay, I know I fvcked up, please give me another chance, I really mean it."

As long as I've known RaTix, he has been a strict leader, but he has always, and I mean always been fair. He doesn't play favorites, not even with his own High Command, nor his Clanmembers. Which is why he has all of our respect.

Learn some humility, honestly apologize to him, and only time will tell. It's not fair that everyone in your Clan is banned because of your personal behavior, now is it? Be a man, step up to the plate and apologize, and it might work wonders. You are not just hurting yourself, but everyone in your Clan. We don't mind a bit if your Clan is in our servers, as long as they play the "right" way, in fact, you'd all be more than welcomed.

Think on this, and let us know. You have the chance to do the right thing here, and I'm sure your Clan is counting on you.

I respect the fact that you guys pay for your servers and all, but what if we were running the servers, you go onto our servers one day, leave your ps2 on and your brother gets on, and you get banned, what would you think? Wouldnt you want a second chance to prove that you werent the one doing it? As for the clans not liking you, I know 2 off the top of my head, but I wont name them, cuz that would be not right to get them into this. As for your guys never glitching, your guys arent a bunch of angels, and I have seen one or two of them jump up from under the colisuim and attack me, one of there names started with a K or something, and idk who the other
guy was. Also about the clan being a family and protecting each other, that is very true. But clans also look out for other people, the point of a clan isnt to have a truce with some people so you can trash talk and harass other people without them messing with just you. About the Stormtrooper thing, right now we play mostly jedi, so theyu probably would beat most of our guys in conquest or space, but im not sure about jedi. I know you guys have a couple good Jedi (Tomahawk,Grrejo and a few others ive seen), but if you feel like you guys are better, like ive said a few times now, we will still do the match, and as for the forfeit crap, i took the win off a while ago, so no need worry about that.

I am livid at your attempt at an apology. You have disrespected us on our site, in our servers, on your site and other sites. You have lied about winning a match that you, yourself, canceled. You have lied about glitching. I do not know how you can have a brother that sounds the same as you and knew enough about the match you canceled to talk about rescheduling it. This is what was happened when you were caught glitching. You were talking and saying it�s not me as we all saw that it was. You have lied in other servers too about this brother of yours so how are we to believe anything you say including this apology you giving now. You say you�re sorry, but are you only sorry because we have taken away a place for you to play? A real man would have apologized and humbled himself for causing his friends/clan mates undue hardship and hurting their names. They did nothing wrong, but yet they suffer because of your lies. How could anyone still follow you after reading what you have done without some sort of public apology from you? Are you lying to those you lead also?

How dare you turn your half assed apology into an attack on us with your glichting comment? You have to be one of the most immature players I have seen on here, which is saying a lot. I do not accept this apology of yours. I will make sure you never get to play in any of the DSA servers as long as I am able, till I hear different from my Emperor that is. Alright Norm as I have said before I left my ps2 on, so yes I did talk to Tomahawk about the match, then I went to my friends, so it is very likely it was my brother. Oh and are brothers supposed to not sound like there family members. Cmon Im only 2 years older than him, of course well sound somewhat alike. As for bad mouthing DSA, I have heard many people bad mouth you guys before, but I decided not to get in on it, cuz i had respected you at the time.

Are you serious I have never cancelled this match, I cancelled it when it was scheduled for friday because I was gonna go over to my friends house, because I have a life. Then I decided to go into the dsa room to tell you, I talked to Tomahawk about it, and he said ok our clan will do it sunday does that work, and I said yes. Then my mom told me to hurry up cuz we had to leave, so I left my ps2 on. Then I come back the next day and you said I glitched and you guys said were calling it off we won by forfeit cuz you glitched.

If you guys really feeled like you guys were so much better than us, you would play us, but this right here proves that you a 4 year old clan or w/e you are, cant beat a clan thats been around for 3 weeks.

Did you even read what you wrote? You cancelled the match, you just said it. You set the day and the time for the match so you should have known better then to have something else scheduled for the same time. I don�t care what you do and I�m glad you have something outside of a game, but buy calendar the next time you want to schedule a clan match. What you did was rude by canceling the match right before it started because you got your days mixed up. For a leader you are extremely unreliable. Do you schedule practices with your clan mates just to cancel them and leave them hanging too?

I don�t think you got the point I was making about you and this phantom brother of yours. I will try and make this as simple as I can.

DSA: so when do you want to do the match again?
You: I dunno some of our people couldn�t make it.
DSA: that�s fine

You see there is no break in the conversation. You were the one glitching because at the same time you were in the glitch you were talking about rescheduling. Now does this brother of yours know enough about the match to talk about it? I doubt it.

ok dude i am seriously sorry for this whole argument, but one more thing. What conversation is that from the dsa and you thing? Is that from aim, cuz you can just chage words to make it look like your point. As for going to my friends, he asked me to come over the day of the match, so my parents wanted me to go over, so we rescheduled it to sunday.

We honestly wanted to have that match with you. Why would you cancel a match you had been planning for an entire week, just to go hangout with your friend? And don't give me any BS about having a life or any of that trivial garbage. The fact is when you make a commitment to do something, the respectable and RESPONSIBLE thing to do is honor it. That is where Maturity comes in to play.

Now the DSA is a clan of ADULTS with a few members under 18 who are very mature. When we say we'll do something, we do it. We also have lives outside of this game too. However when we have other things planned, we DO NOT schedule clan matches and then back outta them at the last minute.

So here is all I'm asking,

Please just stop Hobo. Honestly just stop. You aren't changing anyones minds here and this back and forth, arguing over the same points has become a "No I didn't/ Yes you did" argument. It is far more mature to just walk away from this than continue arguing about it.

Heres the truth-

My friend talked to me at school that day about coming over, and I spaced out and said maybe. Then after school my mom asked what was goin on and I told her my friend wanted me to come over, and thats when I remembered the clan match, so I said I dont know if I can go to house house tonight because I already have something scheduled. Like an hour before the match my mom said you still going to your friends and I said no i cant, and she told me just hang out with him for a few hours because I rarely hang out with this friend, so I had to get ready, and so I tried to get on to my ps2 and tell you guys that I cant make it, so you dont all show up and waste your time wating.
