Medals(SOCOM CA)

Well since i ccant get into the socom forums ill ask here..whats the deal with medals nd how do i getz them? Im gonna try nd gets some if the give me cool things.

The badges are achieved by doing a certain number of things--finding all the sausages, getting a certain number of knife kills, capturing a certain number of people, etc in Co-op mode. What I didn't know is that it only counts in instant action, not in campaign (I think Tony said that).

These badges go a long way towards your co-op rank and stats. If you get a certain number of them (like 19) you can unlike weapons packages that you can use in co-op mode.

the various badges are available for viewing online in the servers--I think it is under one of the submenus--extras.

um what do u mean sausages? what so they look like packages or like the food :?: and do u no where ne are?

They look like sausages--not a package. I have only found a couple. On the map where you have to recon the windmill, sawmill, etc...there is one on a bookshelf in the windmill. The others were by accident, and i don't remember.

If you go to gamefaqs.com, somebody has written up where all the sausages are.. and how they think is best to get them.

the first time I saw it, I was like---what the heck do I do with a sausage? But then I found out that the accumulation was for a badge.

any help with getting the badges? like hints / tips / guides, etc... ?
I got 17 of them, just wanted to get some helpful hints on how to get the rest / all of them / any of them.

I think Gamefaqs has an faq on badges. I have only played coop a few times and haven't really gone for any badges, so I couldn't say.

not a faq or guide; it just says what it does on the game itself, with one or two words added ><
