Lol, I knew about dioxin and his Macrochelys temminckyii that pic is freaking sweet. I am also into soccer though, just don't have the time to keep up with teams and bad knees don't allow me to play as well as I used to.

Ha, how could I have forgotgten that part of my life. I was huge into Prorwestling right out of high school. So much so I got trained and giged as an independent pro wrestler for 3 or 4 years before I hung up the boots and tights. Ah those were the days springboarding off the ropes and giving someone a hurinkanrana.

I hardly ever watch it anymore, as Vincent K McMahon monopolozed the industry forcing all the creative wrestlers to goto Japan and wrestle independent leagues.

If I can dig up some photo's on the 'ol Fed sites, I'll try and post them. Thanks for the reminder Zabs.

Oh and are you calling star wars books trash? Because in this day and age of instant gratification, anything that inceases my imagination is positive in my book. I have some Hemmingway on the shelf, along with ancient culture books as well.

I am an avid homebrewer. I like to make strong ales and mead. I could tell you a lot about it, I mean like whole books about it. But better yet, y'all can watch me do it in my apartment here in this video documentary shot in 2002:

        Full video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAznBNFzivc

There are three other parts to this video so please do check out the waterball page for "how to make beer" parts 2, 3, and 4. I kinda make a fool of myself in parts of these videos so please accept my humility...don't forget that I can make *BEER*

I also like hula hooping, and you can see some of it in action in the beer videos.

I also like to run on the beach. Its pretty awesome here in San Francisco most of the time. I go out to ocean beach and I will run 5-10 miles depending on my state of fitness. Right now I am doing 7 mile runs on every weekend date. I highly recommend it. Each time I go out, I usually see a dozen or more hot, hot west coast girls who are also running on the beach. But I also like to play with the dogs that are there when they run after me.

I also like vaporizers, pipes, and bongs. They are best. Chances are if you ever heard gurgling sounds at SWBF practice its my trusty 3-foot hand-blown glass bong. I also have an awesome vaporizer that my ex-girlfriend gave me. It heats a load to vaporize its chemical contents without producing fire (no combustion) This makes for a very smooth concentrated draw...awesome!

No, not calling Star Wars book trash. I am thinking more along the lines of poorly written books by John Grisham, Michael Crichton, or Tom Clancy. All of them have GREAT stories, but are horrible writers. After a summer of reading that stuff, I picked up a couple of classics and was struck at the difference in facility with language. And I don't consider myself a very big reader.

Heh, I didn't want to go down that hobbie road Comp, but since you brought it up...........3' hand blown piece, must be very nice and expensive. I have to stay away from those because it WILL get broken.

I appreciate the clarification Zabs. I was trying to wonder how a guy in a Star Wars clan would hate those books, and it was making my head hurt.

awww dont insult michael crichton, like a ton of his books have turned into movies. I love great train robbery, jurassic park, and timeline. I like Dan Brown, but once you read one youve read them all. They are the same type of story just different people, and different threats

Not trying to bash Crichton but Jurassic Park is all a modern knock off of the orginal The Lost World by Sir Arthor Connan Doyle. Though they we're made in to some awesome movies. And the modern spin off's are good its just not as orginal as some like to think.

Thats what I thought when I got this thing, but somehow its lasted for about seven years. But its probably not long for this world now that I have mentioned it...hmm I think I'll go check it out right now

Thanks for watching the beer video, Grejo. Better than it being lost on DVD forever, which almost happened to this video. And if it gave you a laugh then its worth much more.

Olympic style wrestling is a sport and a good one, pro wrestling isnt but its fun to watch. I agree with Tony that Vince McMahon kind of fucked things up but I still watch because there are still a lott of good wrestlers now. Maybe with TNA getting bigger(they even have a game coming out) it will be like back in the day. As you can tell Im a big wrestling fan, got my Wrestlemania 23.

Im also a big sports fan, not as big as Jeter though. My favorite sport is basketbell, now that the Pistons got Webber and Shaqs broke down it will be Detroit and Dallas in the Finals. I've only been to one NFL game but I was at the game where Bary Sanders broke the Lions rushing record.

I was going to say I dont collect anything but since Comp and Tony want to count collection of smoking devices then yeah I have a colection. I have a blown glass steamroller as long as my forearm with a dragon head in the middle that blows the smoke out its mouth, and a blown glass bong. Thats not counting the one I just broke or the many that were broke before that.

Other then playing video games huh , which does take up a good portion of my time, most of the time im in the middle of playing 4 or 5 different games, not including online games. So other then games:

I enjoying cooking, as well as eating. I like to try new things all the time, searching online for new recipes and trying them out.

Im a huge movie guy. There are very few movies that I have not seen.

Also a huge book reader. I stay away from the mainstream writers, such as King, Clancy, Koonez. I can read a good book in 2 days, a decent book in 5 days, at least 4 or 5 books a month. Ever need a recommendation just pm me I have plenty, depending on your reading prefrence.

Grejo, im also a mdevil weapons freak. My collection isn't that big but I do enjoy what I have. I try and pick up a new sword or axe ever 6 months or so.

Used to collect comics back in the day. Still have a good collection put up in storage. It got to expensive of a hobbie for me so I stopped collecting, plus I don't really enjoy the art in todays comic books, just looks bad to me.

UncleRico, I envy your you for all your pets. My wife and I are big into reptiles and amphibians as well. We won't to get a bigger place where we can have more tanks set up, cause right now we are not allowed any more pets. :( damn apartmetns rules. But we do have our ball pyton , she is about 4 feet now, and our tortoises.

Durning the weekends my wife and I go to the goth clubs and get freaky freaky. Im not a big dancer, I like to get drunk, hang out with friends and watch that hot women in leather get down.

Then there is pro wrestling. I too am a big pro wrestling fan, can't help it I was born white trash and its fun to watch. So its scripted, so what. Been a fan since I was a kid and ill probably be a fan 4 life. I agree with you both, Tony and Fromunda, Mcmahon is a complete jackass who has fucked up the wrestling world. Thats why im glad I have a DVR, I record the shows then watch them later, so I can fastforward through the bullshit and just watch the one or 2 good matchs. I am hoping that TNA continues to rise and take more WWE wrestlers away, hopefully RVD here soon.

Well I think thats it, there may be something I missed but oh well.

It's people like Petie Williams and his Canadien Destroyer that keep me tuning in to TNA every once in a while. My old promoter still has a fed up here in CA, and he books TNA talent from time to time. They had Chris Saiben, Samoa Joe, and Abyss so far. Abyss is a total pothead, my friend got him very high.

I myself got to meet Samoa Joe back when he was still wrestling for UPW in So-Cal. I worked a show as an acolyte deciple that night for famous Canadien Wrestler Dr. Luther, who I still think is not famous or good. I also worked shows with, Mike Modest, Donovan Morgan, and Viscious Vic Grimes, if any of you remember the baldies from ECW.

If you guys want to see some innovative wrestling, check out Ring of Honor. It's a lot of top indie talent from all over the world.

I buy tapes of Ring of Honor all the time. They put on some really good matchs. It is where I first noticed Samoa Joe, CM Punk, Homicide and Low Ki. They instintly became favorties of mine due to there style of wrestling and fast pace action. Thats real cool Tony that you have met those guys, and Abyss has to be a pothead to play the monster guy who just grawls all the time.

Yeah I miss the crowds, stiffing my oponents, and stealing the main events thunder with insane high flying highspots. I was the first student in my class to get a push for a title when we started giging. I do not miss however, the nagging and serious injuries. In just 3-4 years I chipped my front teeth, had two concussions, tore my AC (close to rotator cuff), induced a back spasm, and had countless heel and elbow spurs. Not to mention the pay sucked, and the booking was all politics.

If we ever meet up 5vstar, we'll definately have plenty to talk about. And I'm done because this is starting to become an indie fed thread. Hey now that's an idea...............
