Yep, Im in fayetteville NC. We need to do a get together, at a minimum we should do an all east coast all west coast meeting. Might be much more affordable. Norm we should def get up and have some beers. Spring break is coming up for my wife the week of the 2nd and maybe we could spend a day driving up and get a room for a night or something. Let me know

I used to hang out with 00SPEEDO when he was still living in NY. But he's back down in the woods of NC now. Had some fun drunken nights with Lady_D down in Atlantic City as well.
I'll be out in Vegas from March 14-19 if anyone wants to watch me get drunk, kicked out from every bar, and arrested. I'm sure it will be good times.
I would like to organize a huge DSA BBQ during the summer sometime. I always plan to do this, ussually never happens, but I feel good about the chances this year. If I had the room I would put a couple ppl up for a few nights.

OH...doyou mean set up a lan for gaming? that would need to be housed somewhere.

there used to be a place in the east village called gametime nation that was specifically set up for lan tourneys (but you couldn't bring booze there). I don't know if they are still around---years ago, i called them when we were looking to do a DSA gathering in NYC. But they didn't have a lot of ps2s, more xboxes. Also, the lack of drinking made it less appealing---although being in the east village is a damn good place to start the night.

So that idea died. we'll see if anything can get pulled off in the future.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner Zakba;Lanfest is basically something I heard of while in ARSE.Every year the ARSE UK would gather(Bringing there TVs,PS2s,drinks,etc) to the said members house.For...I think two days of lan gaming.Of course there might be some videos of the gathering on Youtube somewhere.Just gotta type ARSE Gathering or something and you'll find it.

It would be nice to have one of those gatherings.Just need everyone to pitch in when that lightbill comes in :D .

We already have a couple of folks near NYC.Reaver you should come down here sometime.It'd be cool for some DSA to meet.Im not a big person on drinking although i've been tempted at times to try(sudden cravings.
