Just wanted to let someone know. If theres 2 silver bars its captain rank. (ours says luitenant) Dont know if choices are limited or not but i noticed all the socom rank is like this. Others might be also but I dont know. Let me know if you need help with this.

Sig, in SOCOM CA you can have the ARMY or NAVY ranks. 5-Star just happened to choose the NAVY ranks for O-3.

if he chose navy ranks, why r u a colonel regent, no such rank in the navy? a silver leaf is a commander in the navy, i believe. heck, regent knows more about this than me, he was in the navy for 20+ yrs.
