Yep the TFUII announcement was pretty lame, Many of the fans wanted SWBFIII, But NOPE another Force unleashed game. Grats LA on the failure tonight.

Nice find. I'm pretty sure every SW fan is wanting SWBFIII as they're even saying in the SWBF section of the PSboards that "if you want SWBFIII then get Warhawk." Hopefully this news eventually shines on some more info on SWBFIII.

Here is another tidbit found today while browsing the LA forums.

CHRIS MARAZZO graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from New York Institute of Technology in NY in 1995. He continued his Education, studying Screeenwriting at NYU Film School at night while working in Film Production during the day. Sleep you ask? Naah, overrated.

After Casting over 200 Commercials and various projects in NY and LA, including most recently STAR WARS: Battlefront 3 with Lucas Arts, Chris has recently completed the edgy Independent Short, EXACT BUS FARE.

The Film stars two powerhouse Stars, KEVIN GAGE ('Waingro' from HEAT) and ROBERT MIANO ('Sonny Red' from DONNIE BRASCO), who've been stealing scenes in Feature Films for the past 30 years.

The Story is about a Dirty Cop's transgressions that finally catch up with him, forcing him to collide with something worse.

EXACT BUS FARE was Written, Produced & Directed by CHRIS MARAZZO.

yea i called them and the guy told me that they have been getting calls about it all day from numerous sources. the guy told me that lucasarts told gamestop that battlefront 3 was going to be released in the summer of 2010 probably in june and he stated that the marketing campaign should commence soon because the preorders will be available in january or feb. he wasnt 100 percent on the preoder part. but i asked him what he thinks the chances are of this being realiable and battlefront 3 being real. he answered an emphatic "100 perecent". so it looks like we will be getting bf3. ya

Interesting. I had a feeling the VGA announcement would be the next Force Unleashed.

I'm scared to even say that I liked playing The Force Unleashed because everybody hates it and wants BF3, wahhhh wahhhh wahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Oh wait, I just did.

I'm interested to see how they are going to continue The Force Unleashed story. The first games ending didn't really make me feel like there would be a second one. But I had fun playing it and I'll have fun playing this one too.

I like TFU, I am disappointed the Sith Edition of the game is a separate buy. Wish they had it as DLC instead at half the price.

I do miss playing SWBF though. I'm sure when we get that game it'll be different like MW2 was from CoD4. As long as there are wookie rockets to use I'll be happy..lol

As much as I want to believe it...doesn't it seem like too short of a notice? It's hard to believe LA wouldn't advertise SWBFIII (going by the release date on that link).

It is rather crazy to see that out without any type of official announcement, But anything to run the rumor mill :)....

I too enjoyed playing TFU. When the Sith Edition was announced a few months ago, it was originally set to be released as a DLC. I remember making a post about it. The video has been altered to the way it is now much like they did with the SWBF3 to SWBF:ES trailer but if you look at the title of the video it says DLC.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy TFU as much as some of you have regardless of some jaded thoughts, And reviews from people. As much as I want Battlefront 3 I do like SW:TFU. Ignore my previous statements(If any) about TFU.

I went to the Gamestop site and I got this message:

"Unfortunately, there were no matches for battlefront 3."


???? :( They pulled an Amazon on us.

But I know that BF3 will eventually come out. It's not like Lucas Arts doesn't know that we want it, or aren't even trying to make it. They've been trying.
Which is why I just shake my head at all of these "Boooo all LucasArts games, Give Us BF3!" comments because it will eventually come out.
It's just taking much longer than Lucas Arts had hoped.
