    God of war help!!??????

I'm stuck at the part in Athens where there is a soldier by a lever and he won't pull it. What do I do now?

You have to find the crossbow and shoot an arrow with a rope attached then you can go across. Alot of times during this game you get to one part and then you have to back track in order to go on to the next part. Rdaug and I have recently beat this game so we can probably help with most of it.

No, what I had to do is get zeus's thunderbolt. Then i kill the guy at the lever and it releases, but thanks anyway :D .

man it would be amazing if you could do god of war online, like a coop type thing, that would be sweet, cuz then you could work on puzzles together

also now eagle and rdaug gotta bet god of war 2, btw the weapon you get at the end when fully upgraded is a frickin beast

It say MAX or level 4. Tip: Max out the Blades of Chaous, Blade of Artimes, and the army of Hades ( that's towards the end of Athens)

They need to make a movie about God of War. Its so damn sweet. Yeah I like the blades better than the sword, and they fucking rock fully powered. LOL I saw the post too late to correct Eagles post but its all good. I rarely used medusa's power and barely powered it up till every thing else was full. Poseidon Rage and the blades, power them up. Pandora's box level is kinda confusing, but damn I love this game lol. I am sad I beat it and wish I could afford part 2.

well i was fortunate that I had won a PS3 game and FYE allowed me to trade the game in for full credit w/o a receipt, as long as i spent it all in store that day. so I got god of war 2 and a ps2 lens disc cleaner. so i got it for free

This game was a mahor disappointment for me. It only took 9 hours to beat and there wasn't enough things to power up. And from what I heard, GOW 2 is even shorter. Will I be able to beat it in one sitting :(

well if you decide to sit there for 8 hours and play it, then yes. It's still a really fun game though with a sweet ass story line that they could make a movie out of. Plus after you beat the 2nd game, you unlock two modes that you can play, challenge of the titans, and arena of the fates, that are extremely hard.
