Yes, as he said in the shoutbox this Thursday I'm getting married to the sweetest girl I've ever known.

My first marriage after 13 years ended in a horrible aftermath. But as much as I railed and fought against it, I'm getting married again.

We met in the Yahoo "Star Wars" chat room the very first day she ever came online. And being the total "pimp" I am I started flirting with her, only to be told:

Leave me alone.

So I did, only to recieve a PM asking me why I wasn't talking to her.
And I said: "You told me to leave you alone, and I did."

And I recieved a another message saying: "Well, I didn't mean it."

(As girls often do)

So we started talking, and the rest is history.

She has been the "rock" of my life. I asked her to take the challenge and give me a chance. She moved from Kansas with no real knowledge of who I really was, and came to live with me, to truly "give me a chance".

She quickly became my confidant, and my best friend. It was her that encouraged me to buy my Stormy armor, saying that: "$500.00 dollars isn't too much to make a dream come true". So I did, and my life as I knew it came to be what it is now.

I now help children's dreams come true of meeting a "real life" Stormtrooper/Tiepilot.

All I can say is that she has been the foundation of everything I find dear to me, in sooo many ways.

So this Thursday I will be married again, to the very best friend anyone could ever hope to find.

And I hope this best for you all.

Well, a buddy of mine did say that he wanted to play a practical joke on her, and tell her we're goin' fishing. She countered with that if I actually took off for the day and came back later that night, all of my stuff would be set on fire on the front lawn, with my PS3 being right on top, LOL

Thank you all so much for your kind words, it really means alot to the both of us. Even though she doesn't participate in the Clan, she does read alot of the stuff here, and prolly knows you all as well as I do.

RaTix, actually we did toy around with the idea of a "Star Wars" wedding, but she is low key, and just wanted a simple justice of the peace at the local courthouse with only a very few select close friends.

And yes, I am a very lucky man.

Good God, she encouraged me to buy my Stormy suit, bought my Tiepilot costume for me, left me alone to game and practice with you guys, and was right there with me, telling me that I deserved to spend the money to get a PS3, and even though she really doesn't participate, will sit there and watch me game for hours, without bitching at me, and even brings me beer and smokeage while I'm gaming! And when we go to Nashville, is the first one to say "Let's hit the adult bookstore!".
