I just like to know if Germany knew the Soviets were the bad guys then why did they have a treaty with them at the begin of World War II?

germany's treaty with russia was strategic, so germany could focus on other countries 1st, instead of worrying so much about russia.

germany and russia were both bad guys (along with other bad guys), but u can't get rid of all the bad guys, sometimes u have to use bad guys to fight bad guys and at other times u just leave bad guys alone (not worth the costs of getting rid of them).
