Not being a doctor, and not being too familliar with your condition, I'm afraid I can't even speculate. It does suck, but the fatigue thing is not uncommon with various cardiovascular issues. For example, in peripheral arterial hypertension, the primary endpoint used to evaluate drugs is the 6 min walk test (how many meters can you walk in 6 minutes). Those patients suffer from progressively worse shortness of breath and fatigue. I guess it is odd that you have never had a fatigue issue before this, though.
