i was wondering if our team was registered at this site. It looks like a pretty cool site and figured if we wasn't then maybe we could to get more clan wars kicking in by registering there...

I don't know, but if we get any wars I would like to do a few more practices first to get down some basic teamwork and strategies so we are not just a bunch of individuals playing with each other.

It could be a good way to get some clan battles going but we do need to be more battle ready as a team like Ditch said.

It would be in your best interests to find a different ladder then Gamebattles if you decide to go that route. It is the worst ladder for cheaters and glitches. The admins pretty much turn a blind eye and allow it.

we have plenty of allied clans we can battle against, we could make our own ladder, this is what we did with my old socom clan, we had a place where we would post comments on the war and the win loss stats and clan names we battled

The idea of running our own small ladder/tourney is being kicked around. I'm not making any promises though.

Gamebattles is the biggest ladder out there. With the worst cheaters/glitchers/trash talkers etc who try to do whatever they can do game the ladder (issuing challenges to inactives, etc) out there. Forums show no concept of agreed upon principles and every respectable clan I know that has tried it for different games has left with a bad taste in their mouths. There is no respect on that ladder or sportsmanship.

We have run our own ladders before. We have the software for it. It just happens to be a lot of work--and almost always, some sort of drama erupts when you involve a lot of clans. I guess it's just the nature of the beast.

When you guys are ready to war--and have your tactics, communication, and counters figured out--you should definitely schedule some battles with other clans that you believe are of the same mindset. Good matches with outsiders can always enhance the experience--especially when you feel like you are playing in a situation where somebody is keeping score.

I wasn't trying to be discouraging or anything. But even internal clan tournaments have a tough time really running well, let alone formal clan ladders. but having a thread for self-reported wins and losses would be fine.
