Yea the chair is done, looks amazing too. Frell's bloodpressure was a little high...137/98 -not high enough to take him to the hospital or anything, just needs to relax more. I'm sure you have all heard him get stressed out on the mic, especially when in public rooms against TKers and whoring, or when he's lagging bad or getting server drops.

So he took the night off. It was Derecks night to set up his own practice anyway so no big deal.

Believe it or not, even though this is a game there is quite a bit of stress and pressure to be a leader of a large online community like DSA. Like Dereck said, try to set up an event of your own and make it go along without problems and you will have much more respect for the leaders who are doing it on a regular basis.

Coincidently, Frell has asked me to take over much more of the secretary work for him. Which means...I will be doing some of the posting that he would typically do on his own. It will still be in his words, but I'll be doing all of the work. Also, any concerns can be brought to me instead of him. I will talk with him and respond. This will let go of a great deal of his stress, since very often he has to move from one area of the room to another to reply to IM's.....Not as easy as it sounds when you're disabled. If you are being team killed in the DSA public, or someone is acting like an asshole and you need him removed you can IM me instead of him and I will take care of it.

Any other suggestions would be considered also. I'm really trying to take some of the stress off him since stress does effect him a lot differently than most people.

Thanks for your showing of concern Dirt :D you're a cool guy.

And for the record...I'm REALLY proud of you for doing the flight school! I hope it's fun and you get many more chances to do them. I think the people who are not signing up to be there are going to miss one of the most fun training classes ever done, and will regret not being there.

I think Frell is an awesome dude, and he is very lucky to have such a thoughtful and caring GF. I have a lot of respect for you guys and the way you treat each other.
