Spiderman could kick captain americas ass, Iceman would take down the spider, aquaman would be taken out by spongebob, then spongebob by iceman, the wonder-twins take down iceman, Superman gets kicked in the balls and kills almost all the other heros, wonderwomen comes along and lifts her top and Superman forgets about fighting like in that Rodney Carrington song "Show Them To Me" {{Its on youtube if you don't know what I'm talking about}} and that heads to an easy takedown for wonderwomen.

So my money is on her...

As a man, I don't have high standards for women. I just three criteria you must meet. One, are you a woman? Two, have you always been a woman? Three, if you answered "No." to either of the previous questions, can you keep a secret?

One should never start a conversation with, "I don't mean this in a gay way, but..."

hands down its got to be magneto, the mighty mutant can do it all. he's intelligent, manipulative, powerful, he can wipe out pretty much anything that has some metal content in it, even from the food you eat. he even ripped out the adamantium from wolverine. the earth itself has a magnetic structure to it.

As a marvel enthusiast, ripping the admantium out of Wolverine isn't all that impressive. Wolverine is considered one of the weaker superhero's. His only real attribute is his healing factor.

Magneto is powerful, but he's been beaten single-handedly by Xavier. So that makes him at best number 2.

Deadpool....... Not even on a top 100 list. He's been beaten by Wolverine so many times it's laughable.

Silver surfer derives his power from Galactus, so it makes him a top contender. However he wields a minute amount of Galactus' total power, so he's still less powerful than Galactus. That being said Galactus makes a top 5 list for sure.

And anyone who brings up DC should kick themselves in the crotch. Only hero in there is Batman, and he isn't really a superhero at all. No powers. Batman does kick ass though.

And for the record Superman is a slutty douche. Lamest superhero ever!!!!

I would have to say THOR. Although Silver Surfer is a decent answer too. I never really liked DC so I'm kind of biased. Also I am more of a villain fan anyways. Galactus comes to mind as mighty, but he transcends the deifinition of villain or hero.

Heh, I still have the issue where Wolverine gets his adamantium ripped from his body. X-men or Wolverine #75 I can't rememebr exactly which isue it was, but it has a hologram card embedded on the cover. Fatal Attractions was the name of that saga I believe. Good times. I used to ride my bike to the comic shop every Wed. after school to pickup new issues.

Lol. Even if Deadpool is not even in the top 100, he's still my favorite. He's hilarious and actually kills people instead of just beating them up and letting them go to cause some more havoc like every other hero in the Marvel and D.C. universe(these characters kille the villains after a lot of rounds of fighting).

In the DCverse I would say Batman.Hands down because even though he doesn't have super powers,he knows how to beat the **** out of people.Hes even fought Predator and Alien before. How awesome is that?Even the man of steel cannot defeat Batman because Batman will end up making something in the Batcave.Kyrptonite Gloves or something lol, because you know Batman is a Genius.

In the Marvel universe,I really like Spiderman. From watching the cartoons, and readying some of the comics I really like his techniques in defeating his arch enemies.

In the DC universe I say Batman for reasons already mentioned and the fact he actually brings fear into criminals unlike most heroes in DC (Superman is taken less seriously) but to be original I am going to also say SPAWN!!! Fighting off demons and the awesome powers he has is something many DC heroes lack to be taken seriously.

For the Marvel universe, I go with Iron Man and Ghost Rider since they are like the counter parts of Batman and Spawn. Iron Man cheated death with technology and matches anyone with actual powers thanks to his armor. I don't think I need to explain Ghost Rider.

The point to this was a discussion about who is the most powerful. Not your favorite.

I agree with Tony on Thor though. Easily a top ten, I mean the son of a God?

Also I think the Hulk should have an honorable mention. I mean he nearly killed all of the Avengers by himself.

DC gets owned by Marvel. No question here.

Some have brought up the intelligence factor in favor of Batman being worthy of the crown. I suggest Mr Fantastic as being superior to EVERY other "superhero" in this realm. He's the only Hero (with a little help from Silver Surfer ;)) that could stop Galactus from devouring Earth.

That question isn't really appropriate for this discussion in my opinion, since they come from two different universe's. The better ?, is wether Wolverine's adamantium claws (which can slice through anything) could slice through Capt. America's (R.I.P.) indestructable shield.

I don't like the Ironman reference since he is just a rich yuppi with an expensive suit. You can substitute War Machine for Ironman IMO. Batman is a yuppi too, but if had none of his gadgets, he would still come out on top. Unlike Tony Stark.

Although the Ironman movie looks tight and I will see it. Which brings me to the huge dissapointment of the FF4 sequel. Galactus is a giant cloud. WTF WAS THAT?!?!?!?!?!?

wait a minute marvel sold out, i remember a couple years ago marvel filled for bankrupcy. marvel comics are not as good as dc. dc has a superior story line, how can you not like the justice league. i love batman and the green latern. marvel just makes money off of their movies.
