Why Reaver wouldn't graduate if he lived in Connecticut

No, it's not about his spelling.

Shouldn't we worry more about 8th graders buying drugs in school? This is pathetic

LOL it seems to be "everyone pick on Reaver" day or is it just "everyone pick on Reaver because of his addiction to skittles" day?

Luckily, I live in an incredibly skinny city for this day and age so we don't have laws like this! So I can buy all the Skittles I could possibly want(as long as I happen to have 75 cents on me for the vending machine)! But I also live in an incredibly drug/alcohol addicted city so if someone's selling Skittles it probably's candy-coated marijuana with some kind of liquor in it (I'm not a drug expert so don't say anything about it). Man, one day in sixth grade, my friend brought some Whisky-chocolates and gave 'em out to some kids. One girl, who was already a little bit... "out there" shall we say?, had like five. That's definitely in my list of top 5 best school days ever.

As a man, I don't have high standards for women. I just three criteria you must meet. One, are you a woman? Two, have you always been a woman? Three, if you answered "No." to either of the previous questions, can you keep a secret?

Oh it makes it hard for parents too. Can't bring candy to school for anything. Oh those valentine's with the suckers in them, no can't have them. They also don't have soda machines anymore in our schools. It used to be the best when you got to middles school because you got to use a soda machine, but not anymore. You guys know they have root beer flavored milk? Oh yes I've seen it at rpups school. He can't even have juice with his meal unless he has a Dr. note. Damn communists.

Yeah I guess their pissed about losing prayer in school so they said alright then, "No candy for you!" and "No soda for you!" Damn candy/soda Nazi. :p I love the loop hole though in my district that says stuff like Kitt Katt is not candy, its a cracker, or wafer. ROFL Kitt Katts are ok but Skittles, no way.

I honestly believe that there are people out there that want to turn our entire society into the world that's portrayed in the Stallone movie "Demolition Man".

This P.C. crap makes me want to throw up. Smokes are going to be against the law, and you'll automatically get fined everytime you use a curse word.

Just watch the movie, and you'll see what I mean.

Gah. To actually think that my High School had a smoking area for us to be able to grab a smoke in between classes, and the zippy marts would sell you smokes and beer, as long as you were cool, and kept it on the D.L.

                Gah....

Yeah, they go after these nitpicky things nowadays that don't make any sense. At my school its all "low-fat" or "lite". If people or obese or whatever, let them bring their own healthy snack, don't make us eat this s***. That skittles crap is major B.S.

I honestly feel sad when I see freshmen smoking outside are school along the street because it's technically off school property. Well actually, I think they deserve it. I'm disgusted at the amount of freshmen coming into high school that are smoking and already drinking.

Well that's BS... I'm so glad I got out of High School the year before they got rid of the candy and sodas in the vending machines. Who cares if people are overweight... that's their choice. At least give them the opportunity to be gluttons.

Well, the argument, and I am not saying I agree necessarily is that we all have to pay for their gluttony.

Healthcare costs are essentially paid by two groups of people---the employed (and t heir employers) and the government who use tax payer money.

To the degree that obesity is linked to diabetes, heart disease, etc, it costs our society A LOT of money. And that is all money that could be spent elsewhere. or pocketed.

So that's at least one of the arguments.

Interesting: the father of the kid who got suspended works at my job.
