    That's pretty cool.
I hope I don't have any Cheater McCheats on my friends list.

Now they just have to take care of those pansies that sit on that glitched roof on Crossfire
and picks off everyone when it gets to Sudden Death on Sabotage.

Or those asshats that get way outside the map on Ambush and snipe you
when you try to plant the bomb on Search and Destroy.

Perhaps losing the points isn't bad but being marked as a cheater thats really going to hurt those cheating whores

Yeah the whole idea of marking them will really hurt them. People will know right away then which is good.

As long as it doesnt effect the modded offline consloes, then its a good thing. Although it might be Microsoft going on a witch hunt again and using the justification of "achievement cheaters".

It reminds me of the rep bar. I really don't care if my rep is good or bad. Its a psychological way to instill law and order in the xbox world. I just think its a waste of time for them because, they will still be able to play against me even labeled as a cheater. If they were banned for eternity from microsoft than it may instill some discipline.

As long as no Cheat devices are workable on the 360, then no one is really cheating anyone and I don't understand how you can label someone as such then. Maybe MS feels cheated, but no one else does.
More then likely it's to piss off the modded system users, or perhaps grab those they missed the last time around. If I get labeled as a cheater because of my modded system and offline games (which you still need to beat in the normal manner to get the achievements) I think that will be my last straw with MS and I will be joining the PS3 crew or just sticking to my PC games.

The way this works is pretty simple. Limbo you are very safe.

They check your gamercard for Online achievements (have to be online to obtain) and see whether you got it online of off. Online have the date obtained and offline say "acquired". If you have an achievement for online MP that doesn't have a date, then they know you hacked the system. Also they look for achievements that are impossible to achieve in one day (ie, GOW - Seriously, RB6 LV, Elite) and all achievements for said game, have the same date. Final thing they look for is games that have every achievement in the same order as someone who has completed none of the achievements. Very rarely do you unlock every achievement in the preset order.

Looks like people have started to confess to their stupidity http://multiplayerblog.mtv.com/2008/...score-cheater/
I think its pretty stupid to cheat the system to get around the achievement. Its more fun to earn it the hard way.Call me a masochist, but I love the challenge(i.e CoD4 campaign, hella hard, but i'm doing it!)
