I couldn't help but notice both RaTix and Zabka both posting about their 360 problems.
Trust me I'm not here to gloat, laugh, or call names.
Never was that my intention. I am, and always will be DSA, regardless of what console any DSA member may favor. Regardless of whatever system any DSA member may own, even the Wii, I will not, and refuse to mock any DSA member for their own personal misfortune.
The DSA is not a "system" clan, but rather a gaming Clan. And is much as I am loathe to admit it, I've even considered getting a 360 just so I could have the chance to once again play online with my fellow DSA.
As much as I personally loathe the idea of "pay for play", I did consider it because even though I may hate the idea, my love for playing with my fellow DSA brethern is stronger than that. And I have even encouraged my friend "Yentis" to get X-Box online, because even if I don't like it, I knew he'd have great fun with the DSA with it.
Because the DSA isn't a system, nor the latest console. With all it's bells and whistles. It's about as we say in German, "Kameradschaft".
Brotherhood.
Plain and simple.
So if you guys decide to get a PS3, I welcome you with open arms.
If not, well I welcome the chance to play with/against you regardless what system you may own.
We are, and always will be DSA regardless. Sworn to the code of decency, fair play, and teamwork. It doesn't matter what we own, but rather who we are. and that speaks more volumes, than what system we own at the time.
That is why the DSA survives to this time.
We are not the latest game.
We are not the latest system.
We are DSA, because we hold ourselves to a higher ideal, whatever may come.
We are Knights of the DSA.
Hail RaTix, and all hail the dsa.
Deslock.
