now I am a huge marvel nut.

I just went to go see The new HULK yesterday, and from what I picked up.. It seemed to have left off from the first one. but still 10x better.

I also seen the iron man movie a day after it released, I was impressed.

Now I have been reading about a bunch of rumors about THE AVENGERS.

Now I dont want to spoil anything for anyone who hasnt seen either of these movies.

But from what Im picking up each marvel movie from 08-12 is going to be built up on the Avengers release.

I a video I want to post but Im not going to untill everyone is ok with it.

If you have seen the iron man movie there is a 38 second cutscene with nick fury and stark.

in the hulk if no on has seen that yet I will keep my words to an end point.

Stark comes to the general and tells him about a team.

Thats all I'm saying.

I saw both movies already, and know (not from watching the movies but seeing it online) they are coming out with Captain America: The First Avenger, and an Antman movie I also heard rumors about.

It is obvious they are going to have an Avengers movie but they are going to introduce all the heroes that are going to be in it first with their own movie.

Also, did anybody else see the Captain America shield in this scene?

I would love to see the Punisher done right. Along those lines however means that it has to be a rated R movie. Part of the problem is that studios always push for a pg-13 rating in order to get the tween audience or a larger audience in general. We need to see buckets of blood that would make even the last Rambo movie seem tame in comparison. Im hoping this (and a good script) is this case.

I would also like to see (if not incorporated into the Avengers movie) Sub Mariner and Thor done justice. I see that they are in development for both and hopefully they are done as close as possible to comic book lore.

I think they're digging too deep with all these movies. Antman and Submarnier are 3rd rate at best.

Thor could be cool. Cap will probably be good, the original was a joke. An Avengers movie will be cool, but all these other solo movies are too much. I'd rather see a Cable/X-Force spin off before any of these other jokers. A Deadpool movie would be tight too.

I'm in agreement about all the solo movies. None are necessary besides Cap and Thor (Personal Fav, Played MUA with me yet, lol?).

Never been a Cable/X-Force fan. Doesn't seem like the series was enough/worth making a movie out of.

Deadpool...... Really???? Perhaps he deserves a cameo in a Wol ver ine movie. Otherwise he fits in with the "Solo movies that really don't need to be made" group.

And Yes E-Cutioners Song is easily one of the best storlines EVER. No argument from me.

I want to see Deadpool. He is my favorite Marvel villain. I think they could really work on the humor element with him, too. All Marvel humor = crud right now. Its really cliche and degrades the movie's quality. Anyway, I think the Avengers movie will suck ass. In my opinion, theres no way they will be able to give attention to every superhero. It'll turn out like x-men, where some guys do all the work, and the majority of the other guys have little or no role whatsoever. Well, thats my 2 cents worth.

Got to realize that these are projects of the new Marvel Studios (except for Spiderman which Sony paid for, not sure about Xmen movies) This means that Marvel has complete control of how the movies go. I think that is why we got a good Iron Man and a lot better Hulk. I also think they are doing the individual Avenger members movies so when the actual Avengers movie comes out, then they don't have to spend time introducing all of them. I've always thought Marvel had some of the best characters and could make several movies about them. Hell they are even making movies about their villains, how freaking cool is that? Hopefully they don't try and do too much and make a lot of these a wash.

must agree with you, not interested in the least to see sub mariner or antman movies., and i am a pretty big marvel fan. But defintly would watch capt. america and especially Thor, I also would love to see something done with Cable/ xforce. Other then Cable i would mostly want to see shatterstar in there.

one question i have is what avengers they will use since there has been so many. just with the original avengers Ant-Man, Wasp, Thor, Iron Man, and the Hulk, the Cap joining them within the first few issues, that a pretty good set up. But im curious if ms. marvel is going to be in there , i heard rumors that the reason they didnt give rogue her powers in xmen, was so they could do something with ms. marvel, later on, maybe with this avengers movie???? Also what about people like the black cat, hawkeye, vision, i guess i wonder if they are going to go from the beginning or just throw in whoever they fell like, like they did in x-men. Also i wonder if they will get bored enough to have the West coast avengers.
