Hey guys I know I have not really been all that active in games, but that is about to change.

I am going to put my 360 online either thursday or friday, so I should be way more active at least. At least I hope so. lol

There is a list of DSA 360 screennames somewhere. I will find the link. Add some names. I am currently out of commission, but last I left many were still playing a lot of COD4. Games that should be getting a lot of excitement in the coming months are Unreal Tournament 3 and Gears of War2. But take a look at what games people seem to be playing and try to join us for afew.

edit: the list is in the members section. I wont be on for a couple of weeks but I suggest adding people's gamer tags from their sigs. DSA Tomahawk, DSA Phoenix, DSA Blunt, DSA Taco, etc.

You'll like all three of them.Halo 3 is overrated though and the most players I hear on there are immature brats and immature adults who think they 'own at everything',but if you can get around that then you'll like Halo 3.

the one thing to me that could have made halo amazing was adding forge created maps to the rotation. It had this amazing map editor, but it was only useful in custom games. If the bungie people took the ones everyone liked they could be added and greatly increase the amount of replayability.

and Co-Op missions were awesome too so as long as you didn't have a douchebag hanging around,but thats all Bungie did with co-op and I think they could've done more there.

If you want to optimize the amount of DSA time you have, COD4 is the way to go at the moment. That is the game that has most captured DSA attention for a long time on the 360. New games have come and gone, but most haven't supplanted it as it is very good shooter with intense gameplay.

If you want the most inventive game of them all, Gears is your call. It's the oldest one, but also useful to get in advance of Gears2.

Halo3 was a well designed game, but they screwed up in the multiplayer by having maps be too specific to the number of players in your party---so you end up with only 4 maps to play all night if you want to keep your party the same.

The other thing to consider is that a lot of guys are planning on getting unreal tournament 3. You might want to wait to see how well the clan responds to that game to see. If that usurps COD4 as the most popular game beyond the first couple of weeks, COD4 popularity could start to dwindle. That being said, COD4 is reallya very good game with a good single player as well.

If you can get it on the cheap, pick up GRAW2. It's a fun run though the single player and more DSA play that online than Halo.

alhtough fair warning should be given that there is a lot of DLC available for a few hundred points that would add to the cost of getting the game. Of course, you end up with a ton of maps, and modes, but still is an additional 10 or so dollars to be complete.

I would suggest forgetting about Halo 3 as we don't have an active division at this moment (although we might try to spark interest). I would definitely recommend Unreal Tournament 3 as this will be the newest of our divisions that most activity will be in.
