Yeah, I was a little worried when hurricane hanna montana was getting close to virginia (mine). But luckily it didn't do that much, just some rain and moderate wind.

I know my family and I were gonna book town if this hit us.

The High pressure just to the east coast of florida pushed this one further south in which resulting a hich pushed it up.

If it hit us it would have been Sebastian and Vero Beach and I live in vero..

Francis and Jeeane were real doozies but never hit us like this one would have..

Stay safe guys. Bored up thos windows take down any solar pannel equipment anything in the yard that can be a projectile and if you guys have a garage what my dad and I did is we parked are van in front of the garage so the win gusts wouldn't rip the garage from underneath the house.

I think it is the governments fault. We have been experimenting with Weather and atmospheric control via the HAARP project for years.

The loophole to the law however, is that a nation is fully allowed to test such things on their own people.

Damn Dioxin, if this thing keeps going like they are now predicting, then it will probably be closer to you than to us here in SE TX. I'm pretty close to the southern most border between TX and LA. I know you can't say exactly where you are, but I am assuming this thing is gonna pass between us, if it stays on its current track.

One thing I love about the pic I embedded is that it updates when they updated it, so when/if we look back at this thread, some of these responses might not make any since lol.

God Damn Mandatory evacuations Probably headed to Broken Bow Oklahoma, freaking 300 miles, will probably take 2 days to get there with Houston and Galveston evacuating. Having to use my vacation days for these fucking hurricanes is bullshit.

haha. sorry man. If I have to evac (non-essential staff cause of my bum arm) I get administrative leave. All of ICE gets admin leave for a hurricane. Everyone else in uniform with the BP has to stay and work! doh.

Well being the Putz that I am, I will be riding the storm out, kinda like Lieutenant Dan in Forest Gump. I'll be on the roof yelling at the hurricane, IS THAT ALL YOU GOT!!! LOL

psh. the only one in trouble (barring any unforseen tornadoes) is rdaug. I hope his lack of communication means that he has already evacuated. Ike is going to wipe it's ass with galveston... This looks like a storm that will take lives.
