I didn't want to take the other thread off topic, but what exactly is a lag switch? I've been accused of using one a couple times on warhawk and it great if someone could inform me of what they are talking about.

I have been accused in the past as well, but only on Gears 2.<a href="http://s11.photobucket.com/user/dsaBOSS/media/mui_sig_zpsdfb059b2.png.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a178/dsaBOSS/mui_sig_zpsdfb059b2.png" border="0" alt=" photo mui_sig_zpsdfb059b2.png"/></a><a href="http://psnprofiles.com/XxkamuixX1"><img src="http://card.psnprofiles.com/1/XxkamuixX1.png" border="0"></a>Comment

It's basically where you splice in lightswitch or some other switch in an ethernet cable. I believe you need to sever the Orange wire in a regular 568b pattern and install the switch there. I think this is the "Receive -" wire if I'm not mistaken... The idea is to flip the switch, kill someone LOCALLY, and then close the switch, so the kill gets reported to the server. In any event, it should be pin #2 depending on the pattern of the cable.
If I'm not mistaken, on PSN if someone tries to do this and the switch is open for more than just a couple seconds they are logged out entirely, but I could be wrong... but it only takes a few seconds and I'm sure rapidly flipping the switch would cause you to warp bits at a time... I just leave rooms if I see too much lag or anything like this going on.sigpic

This is so sad. Whatever happened to skills? I haven't encountered this on PSN. But on PSP with hack consoles and all the cheating It killed Killzone Liberations for me. I was one of the top players on there and the cheaters kept crashing the server and points were no longer kept properly.sigpicComment
