I'm with you on all points, Zab.

I was also very impressed with Resistance 2's lag, especially with 60 players online. Warhawks hosting tend to work very well, and I think if you have both systems, sometimes you have to spend a little extra to get what you really want... I bought 3 copies of RE4, and I don't even want to tell you how many Disgaea copies I have.

So you bought Gamecube, PS2, and Wii version :)? Ha ha... I actually did that with SWBF2, I have the PC/XBOX and PS2 versions. PC is the best version of course.

Like with what others already said, I just want a battlefront that had the touch of epic battles everywhere nonstop until the reinforcement count went to 0. SWBF2 was fun because I played with DSA on it otherwise I would have sold it due to the lack of support, plus the poor customer support(Look at the LA support forums.)
Also what kind of game takes out laying down prone?(besides Gears 2 because you can't lay prone when someone could chainsaw you lol).

I had fun on SWBF1 because I wasn't just playing with Human players, but along side AI players adding the intensity effect of every battle even if they had a broken sense of direction when handling certain combat situations.

I know developing games takes alot of work, but it also takes alot to screw up and it isn't very beneficial for a game developer to messup, gives them bad rep like how FR messed up.

          Phew!

As of right now I can say Battlefront 3 is not currently at Pandemic. While I know the title seems to be up in the air from all the buzz around the web... Lucas Arts will be the only one knowing where the title is at right now.
Pandemic: 'We're not making Battlefront III'
Tuesday 10-Mar-2009 11:08 AM Studio denies inheriting Star Wars shooter

Pandemic Studios, developer of the original Star Wars: Battlefront games, has denied picking up the third Battlefront instalment from the remnants of troubled TimeSplitters dev Free Radical, which was originally working on the third game.

"As of right now I can say Battlefront III is not currently at Pandemic," a company spokesperson confirmed on its web forums. "While I know the title seems to be up in the air from all the buzz around the web... LucasArts will be the only one knowing where the title is at right now," he or she added.

Free Radical lost its Battlefront III deal with LucasArts last year, and after very public money problems has been acquired and rebranded by German Crysis house Crytek.

It's a shame because FR's version of the game, as you can see by this leaked footage, was looking brilliant. Hopefully the license will now make its way into safe hands.
