    Sorry....

I've been gone for quite some time now as I recently purchased a new home and an Art Gallery. And add the fact that it's a HUGE house, and only halfway remodelled. I've had lotsa new "fun" experiences in plumbing and electrical work that I never would have thought of. But my internet is fully up now, and I should be able to interact now more fully.

Not only have I had to move everything in my last house, but also move and pack my elderly Mother into the house next to ours, so my wife and I can look after her. As of yet, only RaTix and Majin Tony knew of this.

Many rooms are still unpacked, so I still might be busier than I thought. But I am, and always will be, DSA to the core of my being as long as the Lord sees fit to let me live.

But I still cannot help but feel that I've let the DSA down. It's just that we don't have that many people on the PS3 yet, even though I've tried my best to recruit new people. COD4 has to have the most horrible join system that I've ever seen. I love the game, but it's just sooo hard to join anyone, even with invites, to this very day.

I have Warhawk, but truth be told, I suck at it now. There are just so many more experienced people in the Clan in this game, that I will NOT embarass myself or the Clan by joining any Clan battles yet, until I can find a way to get better. Maybe I will schedule some training times with Keyser to improve my skills with this game until they come up with a true flight sim for the PS3, then God help you all, LOL!!!! ;)

I just wanted to give you guys a "heads up" due my sitrep.

God bless RaTix, and everyone else in this great Clan. You are all truly my brothers.

    Des.

Des, there is no reason for you to think you let DSA down. Real life always comes first and we always understood that.

What you stated about COD4 is exactly why that batallion (on the PS3 side) was taken down. There's no point in playing a game that doesn't even let us join the same room. I would recommend checking out Killzone 2. It's everything COD4 lacked and more. We've started a group for KZ2 and it's holding up quite strong.

The PS3 division has recruited a lot of good players recently. At this point, we have a solid number of people on the PS3 side and that number is only going to increase.

Good luck and we hope to see you gaming with us again soon.

          Des,

My time for gaming has been much more limited as of late. But when I do get on, I have found myself on socom or Killzone2 a fair amount. I recently came back to gears 2, but I think that KZ2 and socom are more interesting to me now that you can have a relatively lagless experience. The host advantage of Gears is frustrating.
You're the best! Around! Nothings gonna ever keep you down!
