He's being sarcastic...Focus on the Family is conservative Christian movement that has a very large following; obviously they are for abstinence.
BTW...slightly off topic but "Dare to Discipline" is a book written by Dr. Dobsen who is the founder of Focus on the Family and it is an excellent book for anybody who either has or looking to have kids. I highly recommend it!!!!!!sigpic
