    Marvel v capcom

Anybody have this? I mean mvc2. Not sure which system to get it for, but am thinking it only makes sense to have a streetfighter type game.

Do you mean Marvel Vs Capcom 2? or Just regular Marvel Vs Capcom? I can get MvC easily through the Arcade emulator, But if you're referring to MvC2 it is out in the PSN store at the moment.

The dreamcast versions of both MvC 1 & 2 are good though, and they emulate the arcade version almost perfectly.

Well I have it for ps3(MvC2) and I've been playing it all day with my cousin. I've tried it online but I guess everyone cares about their win/loss so much they don't care how they play. I've seen the same exact team like 5 times already and everyone does the same exact thing, they repeat everything and don't let you attack or even get close. I forgot names but it had BB Hood and girl in robot throwing servbots and I forgot last one.

I meant 2. I figured online would be annoying unless you do unranked with friends.

Yea, Everyone is obsessed with rank that they probably won't play loosely or they'll use the overpowered characters for a quick run, and a number on their rank That sucks, But i'm sure a few guys here have MVC2.

Hey Zabka, Eagle and I have had plenty of epic battles on this game. Mighty-Mav is training on it and RDaug has it (hopefully we'll get to play him some day )

Online is a pain. Some people are real cheap and use assist attacks over and over but it's counterable. It's the combo jugglers that are the problem. They don't even give you any opening.

However, you have already stated you would just enjoy playing unranked games with the homies, which is what Eagle I usually do. We can all be in the same room talking also. The next guy spectates and gets the winner. Up to six people can rotate. I'm not sure if it's possible to have each person control a character (3v3 tag style), Eagle and I have only had 3 in a room.

Lots of laughs and good games so far, but I would highly reccomend an arcade stick.

"Beefcake the Mighty, clotted with spew. His sword falls, skulls burst in two. The eyes burst from sockets, he is not through. Thousands of warriors he does this to. Piling the corpses of those that he slew. Untill it was hard to tell if the pile grew!"-GWAR

I would get this on the PSN, And I see you guys play it on there so getting it on PSN may be a better choice over XBLA. I could use some practice with my Jill/Ryu/Strider ;).

Yeah I had it on PS2, and had to get it on the PS3. I haven't played it that much. I thought it kind of sucked that all of the characters were already unlocked, so there is really not much of a point playing through the single player game, except to use the certain teams to get the trophies. I haven't been playing anything too much lately though:(
