So I just found out that this place is run by my ex-girlfriend's (yes who I still talk to) family. This place is fucking sweet! I know people have always talked about there being a DSA get together. But I say screw Vegas. Screw NYC. We should totally all do this. Maybe I could get us hooked up, maybe not, but still THIS is totally what we should do. I mean these fields are amazing. Plus they have an all wooded area too. Maybe I am just geeking out at how cool this shit is but I think it would be a great time. Plus at one point in the day we could totally do a PS3 vs. 360 game. So Ratix come on decree this is what we shall do when we do the DSA get together. It would be totally AWESOME!!!!

I love paintball, but I wear glasses and when I put that helmet on the air flow created by the part of my glasses that goes over my ears makes the mask fog up. Sounds really freakin cool though. Kind of nearby me too.

Ha Ha...this place is only an hour from where me and cmj live!!! It's a pretty good place. Actually cmj is going there on the 14th of November with his Cross Country Team.

Both of us were there last November and they have a ton of fields...it can get pricey but lots of fun. BTW..during the last battle of the night cmj was about 20 yards ahead of me and I unloaded on him. It was awesome seeing him scream in pain as paintball after paintball rained down on him. Oh, did I forget to mention that he was on my team!!

The first time I ever heard of paintball back in like 1987 was on the Morton Downey Jr Show and they were talking about Skirmish. This place has freakin' GROWN. Looks AWESOME.

My favorite field was, I think" called tunnels. Basically the map is squared shaped and very small. The map is covered with these huge mounds that stand over 6 feet. In addition to these mounds, the have tunnels running thru them. We played that map twice and it was an absolute blast. Talk about getting flanked....one second your left was clear and the next second you were getting lit up like a Christmas tree.

They also do alot of scenerio based where we played a "Saving Private Ryan" scenerio. The Saving Private Ryan squad has 1/3 of the players and the attackers/germans had 2/3 of the players. The goal for the Germans was to kill Saving Private Ryan...the goal for the Americans was to get Ryan safely from on side of the map to another. Here's the kicker, although the germans have the numbers in order to take out the americans you needed to shoot them 3 times and Ryan 5 times. Also the map was an urban style map. Lots of fun...lots!!!

A few years ago I did Tippman castle with a group of friends. Holy shit. It was the end of the day so it was getting dark and eveyrone at the fields was playing..there were several hundred guys in the castle and several hundred storming the castle. some fuckers kept popping smoke grenades. It was crazy. You couldn't see a dam thing cause your goggles were fogged up and from the smoke. We were just driving forward en masse to storm. When we got in the castle we had to storm the top part but everyone was afraid to move cause we were hiding in this room and hundreds of paintballs were flying at the entrance of the door. It was crazy..people jumping through windows and screaming and shit!!

The sweet part about skirmish is that the fields are so diverse..you can play speedball and then capture the flag..they have a field with a fucking suspension bridge and one where you can crawl through trenches to pop up inside building..wtf it is sick.

My favorite is one that has a stream running the whole boundary cause we waded through that to get behind their lines and surpise them.

and is anyone really surprised that Jim teamkilled me..the fucker shot me point blank range in the back..It hurt so bad for a second I thought it was a real bullet!haha

I remember that...thought my feet were going to freeze but we totally got behind them and just unloaded on them!!!

I remember I was kicked out of a paintball park 3 months ago, because the park only allowed single-semi auto's.... My A-5 had all Single, Semi, and Full...

The park banned full auto guns.. For a wierd safety reason...

We had a 12v12 CTP going... (Capture the point) and with out realizing it, when I fell out of the tree I climbed. My gun had switched to full auto, because my RL switch was turned to full auto from hitting a tree branch.. All but 3 of my teamates were out and we were still facing the 12... When I shot my gun I found out it was on.. So out of aggrivation, My 2 teamates and I completely obliterated the opposing team... Me knocking out 9 my other two guy knockin out the rest. I was kicked from the park for full auto use.


Pissed me off, but I felt like rambo with the damn paint nades...

Whereas I would love to shoot several of you, and I am sure several of you would like to shoot me, I could not think of anything more fun than getting absolutely sloshed, leaving norm on a roof for an entire afternoon, watching Tyson punch Reaver in the grill after trying to steal his Tiger, watching a naked man jump out of a car truck and ride Quickshot like a horse, having Solo's ex-girlfriend blow-up his cell phone while RaTix and I walk around with two whiskey bottles in each hand laughing our asses off. (Fuck, that would make a good movie.)

Anyway, I am sure we can find shit to shoot each other with in Vegas/NYC.

Vegas AND Paintball mix well together!

I use to play nationally (like the stuff you see on ESPN2) and traveled all over the country. My team even went to Japan one time. Its been 3 years since I've played. I'd love to do this in Vegas as they have some great fields.

If we do have a PS3 v Xbox contest..I'll recruit a couple of my old teammates to join DSA (they are close to joining anyways)...and I gaurentee PS3 wins...and yes I am willing to put my money where my mouth is:)

Hell...you all got me fired up to go play this weekend. There is nothing like the feeling of shooting 15-20 balls per second at some guy trying to run from one bunker to the next. Or making a run through and bunkering out two or three guys along the way.....I am fired up! To bad I got old. Average age of the pros is somewhere around 20.
