Well you might have noticed the front page looking a little bit different. And that's not all. The entire website layout has been revamped to make things a little more clear and easier to understand and follow.
The major change is that each battalion now has it's own page, with all the details for that battalion in one place. Forums, roster, an even recruitment links are all there. To also make it easier for new recruits to find where to enlist, there is a button right under the Battalion banner stating clearing "Click here to Enlist!!".
This button will only show for those not already part of the battalion. So even other DSA looking to expand their gaming influence, can easily request to join.
The link will take recruits to a form that once filled out, will automatically add them to the list of requests in the "Group Membership" pages we used to use. It wil also automatically add a thread in the recruiter's Office of that battalion with all the information from the form. So yes, there is now a one click option for the recruitment process. No more complicated steps to get the recruits to follow.
To also help with the lack of confusion, each battalion now has it's own unique sub domain they can give out to new recruits or post in forums.

I would also like to take this moment to congratulate the PS3 Battlefield 3 Platoon with it's new promotion to full fledged Battalion status. The dedication and hard work of all those involved have not gone unnoticed. This Platoon has now become the shining example to all platoons that aspire for greatness and battalion status. Congratulations to all of you on your hard work.
For his tireless efforts in building this group up, I am proud to announce RageProphet as the new and first Moff of this battalion.
Please note that not everything has been moved over, and most of that will fall under Rage's training as Moff so he knows how to handle it. So please be patient.
As with news thread, there are also new Battalion News forums where Moffs can post news and events in each battalion page. Grand Moffs can also post news to each Division page. So this should help with communications between all.
And speaking of patience. There might be a few flaws, errors, weird display issues with the new layout and changes. Please report them here and I will fix them as son as possible.
I already know of IE acting weird with image borders and layout breaking. I am currently working on fixing this. I suggest everyone use Firefox or chrome at this point until I have it sorted out.
