Laptop problem

i can not attach a zip file to my email from my laptop but on the computers at school I can and when I sent one that finally attaches it comes back as a fail but on the school cpu it works fine. I have no idea whats wrong.

so right click on the file and select send to and compressed (zipped) folder doesn't work for you?

it goes to that file but when i have to sent the email with the zip file it wont send always get a mail fail email. I thought it was the email system but I tried my yahoo, gmail and it would not work for them either. Then i tried the school computer at school and the message goes through fine so it something with my laptop I know it strange tho.
