    Motherboard = bad

    New one should be in tomorrow or Tuesday. Now to reinstall RAM, Processor, Graphics Card, and three HDDs. Oh joy. Wonder how many times I will have to call Microsoft asking for a reactivation of their products. I am hoping going from one MSI product to another will lesson the problems.

    Bright side is I didn't have to purchase a new processor or RAM and I can use what I have. Though I was tempted to buy more RAM..lol

        fixed and working well so far.

        Just one call to Microsoft to reactivate Windows 7.

        Only had the HDDs plugged in the wrong order, downside to having 3 OSs installed..lol

          Wow....

          Damn, are you lucky...

          Good thing you know what you're doing. For some, that would be a nightmare.

          I recently had two of my 'puters die on me. One I was lucky enough to be able to do a factory re-install of Win7, even though I lost everything(Thank you farmville app virus ). The other had a windows fail, and had to re-install XP, and lost everything on it, but by tinkering in the Bios, I was able to get it working again.

          Replacing a motherboard is a bitch, just for that very same reason, as you're going to lose all of your drivers. I'm stunned that you were able to save the system at all after that, especially with 3 os's installed on it.

          Kudo's man, well f'n done. It could've been a bad fail. :D
