    Phone trouble

    I figure since I can't seem to find a decent solution or(A smart one). I will ask here to see if any techie can help me out here.
    So basically my phone has been acting funny since Sunday night. When I turn on the phone it hangs at that load up screen only loading halfway, When I try to charge it does the same thing.

    Could my battery be damaged? It seems like such a repairable solution without having to toss $60 dollars for a fix.

      You may want to try and doing a reset on your phone a google search with your phones model and the word reset should get you some hits. try that first and see what happons

          OK what kind of phone is it? If it is Android, make sure you back up your stuff. Check for any updates. Even if you do or don't have updates pull the battery if possible. Then check how things are working. Do this before resetting your phone.
