I made a png picture and was wondering is there a way to add a song to it and have it play when the image is opened?

As far as I know, you can't add sound to an image file. I'm pretty sure a static image can't produce a sound effect. The only thing I can think of is maybe linking the pic to a page where the song would play, but people would have to click the image for that to happen. Sound files in general are a different animal.sigpic
