For the most part my computer problem has gone away,but now I still can't seem to get on certain sites.Like gmail for example I can't get on and certain websites hang on me unless the site itself is suffering,but I have noticed my cookie settings resetting itself constantly to accepting all cookies.
I used AVG like you said ratix and I repaired the problem for the most part and I had downloaded registry cleaner and this really increased my computer speed greatly.
But now I only need help with this last problem,any help is appreciated :D.
