If it's an HP laptop more than likely it is a restricted driver. I don't use it, since I abhor all things wireless... except this gen game controllers. Gotta ask Norm about using restricted drivers, I'm not sure what the deal is there. I believe they work, but no guarantees and CAN cause you to lock up on boot? Am I close Norm?
