I consider myself an educated person and hold an executive level position for the company I work for.....I use business applications all time and know them well enough that I have people come to me for assistance. Taking all this into consideration, I am a freaking retard when it comes to fixing computers and stuff like that. I will pop into some of these "tech" threads and ATTEMPT to read thru them and I am lost on the first sentence. It's as if they are written in a foreign languauge. Look for a sticker on the PC with the Serial Number on it. Might be listed as S/N.
Then go here and enter it in.
