In RDR2 Online you can setup a temporary or permanent posse. The Permanent Posse costs $200 in game cash, which once you play you realize how much that really is. Most body loots give maybe 15 cents. You can then setup small or large camp. Small camp holds a 4 man posse, the large 7 (8?).
Well I saved up the first $200 I made just to setup the permanent posse. So there is a Permanent "DarkSideAlliance" Posse setup, with a large camp. I would just have to invite people when both online. You'll also have to have the online tutorial intro quest completed (ends once you get to your camp and talk with Mr Cripps). I'll have to look at the settings to see if I can promote or make it so others can invite, or how that works.
I'm not sure if you can be in multiple posse at once. I might need help to test this out. I'm hoping we can, and that if we need more room, someone could setup "DarkSideAlliance 2" or similar to accommodate extra ppl.
